These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tikluck ("tikluck", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at tikluck.app and its associated mobile interface.

By registering a tikluck account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any part of the tikluck platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including all policies incorporated by reference herein, such as the tikluck Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the tikluck platform or by any competent regulatory authority.
• Not an Employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a tikluck employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public platform information.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the tikluck platform, you must complete the registration process and create a tikluck account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. tikluck reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

tikluck operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before withdrawals are processed, you may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tikluck login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your tikluck account and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify tikluck support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

tikluck will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one tikluck account. Duplicate accounts detected by our fraud monitoring systems will be suspended immediately, and any bonuses or winnings associated with duplicate accounts may be voided.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tikluck supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). tikluck does not charge additional fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

4.2 Deposits

• Deposits are credited to your tikluck account in real time in most cases, subject to processing times imposed by third-party payment providers.
• tikluck reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited.

4.3 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• tikluck processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual crediting times depend on the payment method and may range from instant (GCash, PayMaya) to 3–5 business days (bank transfers).
• tikluck reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your tikluck account.

4.4 Currency

All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the tikluck platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). tikluck does not currently support foreign currency accounts for Philippine-registered players.

tikluck offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. The following general terms apply to all tikluck bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Each bonus offer specifies the eligible player group. Welcome bonuses are only available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held a tikluck account — even under a different name or email — are not eligible for new player bonuses.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games are clearly stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses have a defined validity period. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire within this period are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: tikluck actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus clearance, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, and structured betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Any detected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.
• Modification & Withdrawal: tikluck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring terms already accepted by eligible players.

tikluck offers a wide variety of games including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, fishing games, Color Game, and sabong. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply platform-wide:

6.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual games on the tikluck platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification. tikluck does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on tikluck are governed by the tikluck Sports Betting Rules, which cover event settlement, void bets, partial cash-out, and in-play betting procedures. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, tikluck's decision — made in accordance with the Sports Betting Rules — is final and binding.

6.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, game malfunction, or disconnection during play, tikluck will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore game state. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. tikluck is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

tikluck reserves the right to cancel or void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, manifestly incorrect odds, or any other technical or human error on the part of tikluck. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tikluck platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or algorithms of any tikluck game or system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino games and sports betting.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the tikluck platform.
• Registering multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses or other new-player promotions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or that are connected to fraudulent or stolen financial accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tikluck staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the tikluck platform. Any discovered vulnerability must be reported to tikluck support immediately.
• Accessing the tikluck platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

tikluck is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling, while entertainment for most players, can become problematic for some individuals. tikluck provides the following responsible gaming tools and resources:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tikluck platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tikluck content without prior written consent.
• Use the tikluck brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply an endorsement not authorized by tikluck.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures beyond tikluck's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party software on the player's end.

tikluck's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your tikluck account at any time by contacting tikluck support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by tikluck

tikluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitating account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the tikluck platform ceases immediately. Depending on the reason for termination, account balances may be returned to you or withheld pending investigation. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any dispute regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

tikluck operates its services for the Philippine market and takes compliance with applicable Philippine laws and regulations seriously. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the tikluck platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

tikluck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tikluck will take reasonable steps to notify registered players — which may include a notification on the platform upon login, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the tikluck website.

Amendments take effect from the date indicated at the top of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the tikluck platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
